Studienverlauf:

The “Verbundstudium” (academic studies and apprenticeship) begins with a one-year professional education at a company. The final exam (part I) takes place at the end of the first full year of that education at the respective Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Afterwards, the participant joins the regular study course in the winter semester of the following year. During the semester breaks, the participant works at the company. The final exam (part II) can be taken at the end of the practical semester.
The participant has to apply for a study place at the company in the year in which his or her professional education begins, as well as for a study place at the university in the following year within the official date of applications.
